To be successful you will have the following nn
A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
n
Experience working within a Tier 1 or a high-performing Tier 2 builder
n
Sound knowledge and practical experience with industrial relations (IR)
n
Demonstrated success in high-rise construction projects
n
Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments
n
Solid leadership skills in site and structural supervision within commercial construction
n
Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic

As a structural Foreman, you will play a key role in the delivery of a $100m 7 story carpark, featuring over 2000 parking bays.

You will lead and coordinate structural trades and subcontractors, working closely with the broader project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
n
You must have proven Tier 1 or robust Tier 2 structural experience, along with the leadership skills, work ethic, and attitude required to succeed in a demanding, large-scale commercial environment.
