You'll work on genuinely integrated work and have real-time connections with creative, PR and digital/social teams, learning how the whole picture comes together from day one.

We're hiring a Media Coordinator to join our Melbourne team, and we're also open to hearing from Media Executives and Senior Account Executives. If that's you, we'd still love to chat.

You'll be the engine of our account teams, supporting senior colleagues across media plans, campaign activations, reporting, competitive tracking and day-to-day client servicing. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from the start.

What you'll do
Support Account Managers and Directors across the full lifecycle of client campaigns
Build and maintain media schedules, trackers, competitive reports and status documents across paid social, paid search, programmatic and other digital channels
Liaise with media partners and platform vendors on activations, specs and post-campaign data




Pull performance data from platforms and dashboards and turn it into explicit, helpful reports
Collaborate with creative and PR teams across the group on integrated campaigns
Use AI and automation tooling to work smarter and sharper
Contribute to internal brainstorms and plan reviews

What you'll bring
Ideally 1 to 2 years in a digital or media agency, publisher, ad-tech or adjacent role, or a strong internship or grad program and a compelling reason you want to be in digital media
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence in Excel or Sheets
Strong written and verbal communication
A proactive, organised, team-first approach
Curiosity about platforms, data, culture and technology
