About the Role n
Due to the strong growth of Power Electronics Australia, an exciting prospect exists for an enthusiastic Engineer to supervise a small supportive team!

Based at our Head Office, Eagle Farm, QLD, this is a great chance to expand your electrical and renewables career, with full training provided in our products and services.
About you n
Ideal applicants will possess a wide skillset which includes:- supervisory, quality, technical support, data analysis and continuous improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead a team of three: Front Office Engineer, Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist.
n
Provide remote technical support to field technicians.
n
Analyse field and warranty data to prevent recurring issues.
n
Optimise spare parts and safety stock levels.
n
Build dashboards tracking field reliability and performance.
n
Maintain technical documentation
n
Link customers and internal teams.
n
Key Qualifications and Skills nn
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
n
Experience leading a small team.
n
At least 5 years' experience working as an engineer and a commitment to safety and quality.
n
Strong electrical engineering knowledge and aptitude, hands-on skills, and good problem-solving ability.
n
A customer focus and ability to be adaptable and attentive to customers' needs.
n
