Review building damage using photos, reports and repair quotations

Assess repair costs and determine claim outcomes

Liaise with builders, customers and internal claims teams

Ensure claims are managed efficiently and accurately

Prepare claim documentation and maintain quality standards
n

Deliver excellent customer outcomes throughout the claims process

Experience in insurance building claims, property claims, or assessing

Building, estimating, or residential construction knowledge
