We’re looking for an experienced, qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic who wants more than just a job - someone looking for stability, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with the buisness over time.
This role is ideally suited to an early to mid-career mechanic who takes pride in their work, enjoys autonomy, and wants to be part of a business that is continuing to expand.
The Role
Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of light vehicles
Carry out mechanical repairs to a high standard with strong attention to detail
Communicate clearly with the team and assist with job flow in the workshop
Provide accurate assessments and input into repair estimates
Maintain clean, organised work practices and documentation
Contribute to a positive, team-first workshop culture
About You
Fully qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic (Australian recognised trade qualification)
2+ years post-trade experience
Robust diagnostic and fault-finding ability
Able to work independently and take ownership of your work
Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in quality workmanship
Good communication skills with both team and customers
Current driver’s licence and own tools

This is a long-term position suited to candidates currently based in Australia with full working rights.
