We’re looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Sales, Service & Administration Advisor to join our JAX Dayton team.

The Role
You’ll support customers and the day-to-day running of the store, including:
Managing customer enquiries, quotes and bookings
Providing advice on tyres, wheels and automotive services
Processing invoices and payments
Coordinating jobs with the workshop team
Customer follow-ups and general administration
Maintaining accurate customer and job records
Assisting with stock, orders and suppliers
Supporting store sales and customer service targets
About You
Experience in customer service, retail, sales or administration
Strong communication and organisation skills
Confident using computers and learning recent systems
Reliable, proactive and comfortable in a quick-paced environment
Automotive experience is an advantage,
but not essential
