The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver the Labour Hire Licensing Compliance Unit’s (LHLCU) operational functions and priorities.

The Labour Hire Licensing Scheme is established under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017.

The Operations

Manager role is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver labour hire licensing services. The role requires a person with significant experience in team management in a compliance workplace and in administrative decision making. In the role, you will have the ability to deal with technical and complex matters in a regulatory workplace, including supporting inspectors in carrying out their compliance monitoring and enforcement functions. The role requires you to operate with a high degree of autonomy in managing risks, balancing conflicting demands and delivering programs and projects.
