We're looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our landscape and garden maintenance team. We're keen to hear from both maintenance crew members and experienced team leads who take pride in presenting gardens at their best.

THE ROLE
Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding and general garden care.
Mulching, planting and keeping garden beds and outdoor areas tidy.
Safely operating and caring for maintenance tools and equipment.
Working efficiently with the crew and leaving each property clean and well presented.
Communicating clearly with the team and treating clients and their properties with respect.

Team Lead Responsibilities For applicants seeking a lead role, you'll also organise daily tasks, guide the crew, monitor quality and safety, and communicate progress and any site issues.



You'll need practical maintenance experience and the confidence to lead by example.

About You
Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in.
An eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work and protected work practices.
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Garden maintenance experience is valued; tell us what equipment and tasks you're confident with.
For the team lead role, experience coordinating a crew and working independently is significant.
