About the Role n

As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business by:

n

n
Advising managers on employee relations and performance management
n
Supporting and resolving performance and conduct issues
n




Ensuring HR policies and procedures are compliant and consistently applied
n
Delivering a range of generalist HR support to operational teams
n

About You n

Whether you are an experienced HR skilled or have had exposure working within a HR environment and are ready to take the next step, you’ll bring:

n

n
Experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator role, within a blue-collar or industrial setting
n
Understanding of Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and relevant Awards
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the confidence to influence and consult at all levels within the organisation
n
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
n
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment
n
