About the Hotel The Hotel Windsor is an iconic Australian hotel embodying the architecture and elegance of a European style 'Grand Hotel', situated on Spring Street and located at the 'Paris' end of Melbourne. Our beautiful hotel is looking for Kitchen Hands to join our team, Full Time &/or Part Time roles available.

About the role

As part of the Kitchen Team, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitising of all surfaces.

Duties
Washing of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and heavy kitchen equipment;
Rubbish removal;
Keeping floors and areas free of obstruction and hazards;
Responsible for the operation of commercial dishwashers, while maintaining compliance with health and hygiene regulations;
Ensuring guidelines are followed for timely and five star level service.





Skills & Experience
Energetic, friendly, organised, enjoy working in a team environment;
Passionate for maintaining a clean and secure setting;
Previous cleaning experience and an understanding of Food Safety;
Versatile with roster and be able to work on weekdays, evenings, public holidays and weekends;
Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
