Job Description

Stantec Australia is seeking a Shared Services Lead in Melbourne to support our Melbourne and Adelaide offices. You will manage the Shared Services team and partner with Finance, HSSE, HR and IT to deliver integrated admin support across locations.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings and events, onboarding/offboarding, and driving process improvements while maintaining a positive office culture.
