Home Team Hospitality Group is a growing hospitality group based in Brisbane City, Eagle Street, and has been established in Brisbane for several years.
We are now expanding with the opening of our third and fourth venues, LuLóu and SweetLeaf, and are looking for Kitchen Hands to join our growing team.
LuLóu will be an all-day, fully à la carte café offering breakfast, lunch and tapas.
SweetLeaf will operate through an online ordering app, offering fresh and healthy food including salads, bowls, bento boxes and other convenient meals.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to support our chefs and kitchen team across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Washing and cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, benches and equipment
Keeping the kitchen organised and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Assisting with deliveries, unpacking and storing stock
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Assisting with waste management and general kitchen duties
Supporting the chefs and wider kitchen team during busy service periods
About You
Previous hospitality or kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Good communication and teamwork skills
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing general kitchen duties

Pay: $33.05 – $33.85 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
