We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support across Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) .

n

This is a support-focused role , working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain reliable, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Provide BAU support across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
n
Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements .
n
Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
n




Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.
n
Manage support requests through to resolution.
n
Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
n
Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
n
Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.
n

Skills Required nn
Robust hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) .
n
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors application/support environments .
n
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Experience with configuration and system enhancements .
n
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
n
Strong communication and documentation skills.
n
Australian Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
n
Available to start at short notice.
n
