Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train barista staff.
Maintain high standards in coffee preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
Manage inventory and ordering of coffee supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.




Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.

Skills + Experience:
minimum of 5 years of coffee experience.
Ability to maintain consistency in coffee preparation and uphold quality standards under pressure.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to optimize workflows and manage a diverse team effectively.
