We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hydraulic Fitter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for reliable, ongoing work with a company that values quality workmanship, safety and reliability.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose, repair and maintain hydraulic systems and equipment
Assemble, install and commission hydraulic components and systems
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
Carry out fault finding and preventative maintenance
Replace and repair hydraulic hoses, valves, pumps, cylinders and associated components
Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment issues
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
Complete maintenance records and job documentation
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
About you
Relevant trade qualification as a Hydraulic Fitter / Fitter & Machinist / Mechanical Fitter
Previous experience working with hydraulic systems
Solid mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A reliable and positive approach to work
Current driver's licence [if required]
