Job Description

Frazer Tremble is seeking an ERP Learning Support Officer to back a TechnologyOne transformation in Melbourne. This hands-on role spans instructional design, content development and go-live support across a local government client.

Reporting to the ERP Learning Coordinator, you’ll design role-based learning, develop eLearning with Articulate Rise or similar tools, and deliver training during go-live and hyper-care phases.
