We are looking for reliable and hardworking HVAC Trade Assistants to join a growing team based right here in Brisbane. If you’re a hands-on worker looking to support major commercial installations from the ground up, this is the role for you.
We need dedicated Trade Assistants who take pride in their work, know their way around hand and power tools, and are ready to support qualified technicians on large-scale air conditioning and ductwork projects. With a massive pipeline of upcoming projects across Brisbane, this is your chance to secure highly rewarding work without having to travel away from home.
Expect to get involved in:
Assisting qualified technicians with the installation of split, ducted, and commercial AC systems
Helping to install, hang, modify, and seal ductwork
Moving materials, manual lifting, and preparing work areas for the trades team
Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintaining site cleanliness and keeping work areas explicit of hazards
Collaborating with site supervisors and the crew to deliver projects on time
You’ll need:
Previous experience as a Trade Assistant (HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing experience is highly regarded)
Comfort and capability with physical labour, manual lifting, and working at heights
Familiarity with standard hand and power tools
A reliable commitment to site safety and a robust, reliable work ethic
Current Construction White Card
Current QLD Drivers Licence and reliable transport
You'll get:
$40 - $42 / hr + penalties
Daily travel and meal allowances
