Keen Cleaning is seeking an experienced, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and perform cleaning across commercial, industrial, abattoir and meat processing facilities.
The successful candidate must have proven experience in meat and abattoir cleaning, robust leadership skills and the ability to supervise cleaning teams while actively participating in daily cleaning operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and perform cleaning across commercial and industrial facilities.
Lead, train and manage cleaning teams to ensure high standards of cleaning.
Carry out cleaning in abattoirs, meat processing plants and poultry factories.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, WHS and site-specific procedures.
Conduct inspections, monitor staff performance and maintain cleaning checklists.
Manage cleaning equipment, chemicals and stock.
Communicate with clients and management regarding cleaning requirements and issues.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in abattoir,
meat processing or poultry factory cleaning is essential.
Experience across various commercial and industrial cleaning environments.
Previous experience supervising and managing cleaning teams.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely.
Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on cleaning duties.
Reliable, flexible and able to work night shifts and weekends when required.
Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
