What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor member and transaction activity to identify potential fraud or unusual behaviour
Conduct investigations into suspected fraud, financial crime or breaches
Perform AML/CTF checks, sanctions screening and PEP assessments
Escalate cases and prepare clear, accurate reports for internal stakeholders
Work closely with compliance, operations and risk teams to resolve issues
Support continuous improvement of fraud detection processes and controls
Ensure adherence to AUSTRAC, AML/CTF and internal policy requirements
What You Bring
Experience in fraud, financial crime, AML/CTF, investigations or similar
Background in financial services or superannuation
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret patterns and anomalies
High attention to detail and confidence making evidence‑based decisions
Clear communication skills — written and verbal
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a supportive team
