Job Description

Sagemcom’s Melbourne-based Smart Metering team is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to act as the primary technical interface for Australian customers. You will support production and test settings, coordinating incident resolution with offshore teams.

You’ll analyse tickets, investigate issues, and ensure SLAs are met while collaborating with global R&D; across France, Tunisia, and Hungary.
