Looking for a fully licensed and insured plumber to install a flood protection valve and current pipe lagging on an apartment hot water unit located in South Yarra.Scope of Work:
Inspect Existing Setup: Briefly verify if a compliant valve or lagging is already installed before starting (I believe it may be bare, but want to confirm).
Install Valve: Supply and install a 15mm Tomson Leak Protection Valve (or equivalent approved flood-stop valve) into the existing cold water line.
Install Lagging: Supply and install insulating foam lagging on the hot line, the cold line to the duo valve, and the PTR line. Secure firmly with zip ties.
Testing: Turn water back on, test for functionality, and ensure zero leaks.
Compliance: Issue a VBA Certificate of Compliance for the work.
