This position sits within a community and healthcare services organisation, providing support to operational divisions with funding and operational models.

Advisory & Business Cases: Partner with leaders to provide scenario modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and decision support.

Reporting & Analysis: Deliver performance reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, workforce cost analysis, and trend insights for leadership and committees.
n
Planning & Reforecasting: Assist with budget builds, rolling forecasts, and modelling across portfolios.
n
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders across service lines to explain performance, develop financial literacy, and ensure compliance with procurement and delegation policies.
n
Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and data integrity.

About You nn
Experience:
Experience in accounting, including month-end processes, reconciliations, and record-keeping across funding structures. Experience in government-funded environments or process re-engineering is advantageous.
n
Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.
n
Qualifications: Progress toward or completion of CA/CPA qualifications is advantageous.
n
Compliance: Ability to complete required probity checks and meet health requirements.
