CHEP Kemps Creek is seeking a Maintenance Lead to keep our highly automated service centre running safely and efficiently. You’ll lead from the front, build capability within the maintenance team and drive ownership of outcomes in a rapid-paced setting.

We value hands-on leadership, problem-solving during breakdowns, and collaboration with the Service Centre Manager to shape a proactive maintenance culture. Weekend overtime may be required.
