We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Server / Waiter to join our small restaurant team in Burleigh.
The role is mainly FOH service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and helping create a relaxed and welcoming dining experience.
We also have a small bar, so bar knowledge or an interest in learning cocktails, wine and drink service would be a big plus. Previous bar experience is welcome, but not essential if you’re willing to learn.
What you’ll be doing
Welcoming and looking after guests
Taking food and drink orders
Table service and clearing/resetting tables
Using the POS system and processing payments
Serving wine, beer and cocktails
Helping with basic bar preparation and drink service
Keeping the FOH and bar areas clean and organised
Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team
We’re looking for someone who:
Is friendly,
confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Is reliable and works well in a small team
Can stay organised during busy service
Has valuable attention to detail
Has previous hospitality experience preferred, but we’re happy to consider someone with the right attitude
Has bar experience or is genuinely interested in learning
Is available for evening and weekend shifts
