We are a Specialist Dental Clinic with locations in the Northern Suburbs. We strive to deliver exceptional service for our patients. We are a busy clinic & have a hardworking team but also understand that laughter, co-operation & positive team morale is equally as key. Our clinic operates Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 - 5:30 PM.
The Role
Assisting to run the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Meeting & greeting patients into our clinic
Booking appointments
Fielding patient queries
Responding to emails
Filing & general administrative duties
Invoicing & receipting of consultations & procedures
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in reception in the health / dental field
Medical reception experience in any healthcare setting is preferred but not essential
You will be required to work Full-Time.

Previous dental experience (either nursing or reception) or medical reception experience will be and advantage.
