Role Description: Power BI engineer with 5 - 7 years of reporting development experience.
n Required Experience and Skills:
n • Power BI Report development.
n • Building Analysis Services reporting models.
n • Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
n • Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
n • Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
n • Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
n • Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
n • Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
n • Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries.




n • Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
n • Very valuable communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams
n • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing
n • Software delivery technical skills such as CI/CD, Automated Deployments, Automated testing, software / source code configuration management.
n • Platform automation tools (AWS, Jenkins, GITHUB)
n • Workflow tools such as JIRA / Rally
n • Exposure to Cloud: AWS (S3, EMR, EC2, etc.), Azure
