About the Role: n

As a Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be hands‑on in day‑to‑day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high‑performing team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing: n

Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance
n
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise
n
Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals
n
Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
n
Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits
n
Creating a secure, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers
n
Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation
n

You're passionate about people, performance, and jewellery. You lead from the front, thrive in a fast‑paced retail workplace, and know how to inspire a team.

1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience
n
Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity
n
A love of coaching others to succeed
n
A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
n
Ability to work within a Sunday – Thursday roster
n
A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
n
