This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role with full ownership and autonomy. Tradelink Horsham is on the hunt for a driven Business Manager to lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team, and shape the next stage of growth for an already successful branch.

Your current role: n

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the branch. You will:

Drive business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

Deliver outstanding customer service, advice, and tailored solutions.
n
Manage systems and processes to consistently exceed targets.
n
Build robust partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
n
Lead, develop, and inspire your team across sales, warehousing, and logistics.
n

What you’ll bring: nn
A proven track record in senior management or branch leadership.
n
Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).
n




Natural leadership qualities with a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach.
n
A commercial mindset – able to identify opportunities and convert them into growth.
n
Robust communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base.
n
