Delta Talent is recruiting an experienced Electrical Site Foreman for an established electrical contractor delivering projects across Sydney.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys running a well-organised site, supporting their team and seeing a project through to handover.

What you’ll be doing:
Leading electricians, apprentices and subcontractors on site
Planning labour, materials and daily works to meet project milestones
Reading drawings, identifying clashes and raising queries early
Coordinating with project managers, builders and other trades
Maintaining site records, quality standards and safe work practices
Overseeing testing, defect close-out and project handover

Experience supervising electrical works on construction projects
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to read plans and specifications
Transparent communication and a practical, proactive approach to solving problems
