Working alongside our Chef you will be assisting our culinary team with daily operational aspects of the kitchen and related outlets from buffet breakfast to Pumphouse Bar and restaurant to in room dining and function services.
What Will You Be Doing
Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior culinary team during service
Assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Following recipes and portion control guidelines.
Ensuring stock is rotated, stored, and labelled correctly.
