We’re partnering with an established OSHC service to appoint an experienced Director who is resilient, solutions-focused and passionate about developing teams and creating positive outcomes for children.

This is a complex, high-energy service with a robust inclusion focus, supporting children with additional needs and complex behaviours. The successful leader will bring a calm, proactive approach, strong compliance knowledge and the ability to nurture and rebuild confidence within a team.

About the Role
Strategic and operational leadership of a large OSHC service
Strong focus on compliance, inclusion and continuous improvement
Out-of-ratio and block shifts, including one split shift per week
Build strong relationships with families,



schools and the community

What We’re Looking For
Extensive OSHC leadership experience within a large 100+ placed service
Strong knowledge around regulations, policies and procedures
Experience with inclusion support
Resilient, team-oriented and solutions-focused
A genuine ability to support, motivate and nurture educators
