Cafe 1812 is looking for a passionate, qualified and experienced two Full Time Chefs, to work at 19 Oxford Street, Paddington, NSW 2021
We are established and a busy restaurant serving our loyal customers for many years in this area.
Duties include
able to manage functions and catering
able to plan menu and price menu items
cooking and preparing food items.
follows food safety procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, and maintains hygiene
training kitchen staff
communicating management on profit margin, estimating food labour cost, and negotiating with supply orders.
checking the quality of food items and doing stock-take
Must have atleast 1 year experience.
Must have relevant skills and qualification in Hospitality Management.
