What you'll be doing

You'll help ensure financed assets and customer records remain accurate, compliant and up to date, while managing outstanding matters, investigating discrepancies and escalating higher-risk issues when required.
Follow up outstanding customer, asset and insurance requirements
Monitor insurance claims, payments and outstanding actions
Review customer and asset audits and investigate discrepancies




Monitor asset locations and GPS information, identifying exceptions
Reconcile information across systems and resolve variances
Manage queries and follow outstanding matters through to resolution

About you
Experience in collections, credit, asset finance, lending operations or financial services
Intermediate Excel skills
