7 Grams Coffee is a well-established commercial coffee company servicing corporate offices and businesses across Australia. We are looking for a Coffee Electronic Instrument Technician to join and complement our existing team.
The role involves servicing, diagnosing and repairing a range of commercial coffee equipment and electronic systems onsite at customer locations and in our workshop.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Pre-delivery, calibration and installation of commercial coffee equipment
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic components
Troubleshooting coffee equipment and electronic systems onsite and in our workshop
Testing, calibrating and maintaining equipment to a high standard
Providing professional technical support and customer service
What we're looking for:
Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
Valuable customer service and communication skills
Professional presentation
Solid problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with coffee equipment, electrical or electronic equipment is favourable but not essential
Full training can be provided to the right candidate
What we offer:
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year superannuation, depending on experience
Ongoing in-house and factory training
