Position Summary The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of secure, high-quality, and person-centred clinical services. This role provides leadership to clinical teams, ensures compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and drives continuous improvement across service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support clinical teams to deliver quality care and positive client outcomes.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory, accreditation, and organisational requirements.
Monitor clinical performance, incidents, risks, and quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee workforce planning, staff development, and performance management.
Maintain effective relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
Support operational efficiency, resource management, and service growth.
Ensure accurate clinical documentation, reporting, and record management.

Essential Requirements




Relevant qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a clinical leadership or management role.
Solid knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Current skilled registration (where applicable).

Reporting To Chief Executive Officer and Director.

Current First Aid and CPR Certification.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
