Are you an experienced and compassionate support worker looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking female support workers to join our close-knit and supportive team, providing high-level care for two amazing 25-year-old young men.
Both boys are non-verbal and wheelchair-dependent, so experience with manual handling and hoisting is essential. You’ll join a fun, dedicated team that values kindness, empathy and a outstanding sense of humour.
What We Offer:
Excellent pay: Weekday: $52 per hour and Weekend: $75.63 per hour, inclusive of superannuation
In-house training to help you confidently manage the boys’ routines and care requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Meal assistance, including PEG feeding and medication administration
Manual handling: hoisting, transferring, handling heavy wheelchairs
Personal care:
showering, dressing, bowel care
Domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, shopping
Community engagement: accompanying the boys on fun outings and daily activities
To Be Successful, You Will Have:

Experience with high physical support needs
Must be versatile and reliable
A genuine passion for helping others
Mandatory Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate
Valid driver’s licence
Non Smoker
ABN and insurance to operate as an indpendant support worker
