The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of Insurance/Injury/Abuse experience, including sensitive personal injury and abuse-related claims, while working closely with respected leaders in the field.
Key responsibilities will include n

Managing and advising on complex insurance and dispute matters
n
Conducting legal research and providing commercially focused advice
n
Reviewing case law and legislative developments
n
Managing client relationships and delivering strategic outcomes
n
Handling sensitive and challenging matters with professionalism and empathy
n
Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team
n
The ideal candidate will have nn
Approximately 2+ years’ PAE in insurance litigation, personal injury or related disputes
n
Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
n
The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team workplace
n
Robust commercial acumen and a practical approach to problem solving
n
