About The Role
As a Customer Specialist, you’ll be one of the friendly faces our customers turn to for help with their everyday banking needs.
You’ll
Get to know our customers and understand what they need
Help with a range of everyday banking enquiries
Support customers to confidently use our digital and self-service banking options
Work across different channels and contribute to the smooth running of the Advice Centre
Build your knowledge and skills while creating positive customer experiences
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week on a rostered basis Monday to Sunday, based at our St Lukes Advice Centre.
About You You don’t need to know everything about banking from day one. We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships
Brings a positive, customer-first attitude
Is curious, confident asking questions and keen to learn
Can adapt to different customers and situations
Enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team
Is comfortable with technology and helping others build their digital confidence
