We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to play a key role in driving organisational change across people, process and technology.
n
This is an prospect to join a high-profile change programme, working with senior stakeholders to shape change strategies, drive engagement, build readiness and ensure successful adoption of current ways of working.
What you'll be doing: n

Leading business change activity across large transformation initiatives
n
Developing and delivering change and stakeholder engagement plans
n
Driving adoption,
readiness and long-term behavioural change
n
Working with senior leaders to influence and embed change
n
Supporting learning and capability development across the organisation.

What we're looking for: nn
Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Experience with recognised change management methodologies
n
Ability to operate in complex, regulated environments
n
Passion for driving positive business outcomes and continuous improvement
