About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and capable Construction Site Manager to oversee projects in Queenstown . This position is key to ensuring that construction operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory standards and project specifications. You will be responsible for managing site resources, coordinating trades, and maintaining a high level of quality control. The ideal candidate possesses robust leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction site management practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure project milestones are met.
Implement and enforce strict health and safety policies and procedures for all personnel.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications and industry standards.
Control project costs by managing materials, labor,



and equipment efficiently.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.

Requirements
Significant experience in a managerial role on construction sites, preferably as a Construction Site Manager.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
Proven ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in construction management software is an advantage.
