As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, organised, and professional environment. You will manage front‑desk operations, support clinicians, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities n

Greet clients and manage check‑ins with a friendly, skilled manner

Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and manage appointment bookings

Coordinate clinician schedules and support daily workflow

Process payments, invoices, and Medicare/NDIS‑related administration
n
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
n
Assist with onboarding recent clients and explaining services
n
Support general administrative tasks and clinic organisation
n
Promote services and assist with client conversions (sales experience highly regarded)

About You nn
Experience working in a Medical or Allied Health reception role (essential)
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Ability to manage a busy front desk with professionalism
n
Experience with appointment systems (e.g., Cliniko, Nookal, Halaxy) preferred
n
Sales or client‑conversion experience is a strong plus
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
