The opportunity n

Working closely with the investment and asset management teams, you will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining detailed financial models across property investments and funds.
n
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and portfolio performance analysis.
n
Preparing regular fund and investment reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
n
Analysing asset and portfolio-level performance, including income, valuation and capital expenditure.
n
Supporting investment and asset management decisions through financial and market analysis.
n
Assisting with investment underwriting, scenario analysis and business plans.
n
Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
n

About you n

We are looking for someone with approximately 2–5 years' experience in property investment,



funds management, transaction analysis, corporate finance or a related analytical workplace.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
Solid financial modelling and analytical skills.
n
Experience working with property funds management or investment-related financial data.
n
A commercial and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
n
The ability to communicate financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
