Access Community Housing Company Ltd in Cairns, QLD is seeking a Housing Officer to manage a portfolio of community housing tenancies across the full tenancy lifecycle. You will build positive relationships with tenants and identify issues early to support successful and sustainable tenancies.

Key duties include conducting property inspections, managing rent and arrears, and representing ACHC at QCAT when required.
