Job Description

RATP Dev Western Sydney Airport (RDWSA) seeks an experienced Chief Controller to lead the Operations Control Centre, ensuring the protected, reliable, and productive delivery of Sydney Metro services. You will oversee train service delivery, monitor KPIs and maintain safety standards.

You will manage incident response, coordinate with frontline teams and external agencies, and drive continuous improvement in operational performance and compliance.
