Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.

Proven experience in Dynamics functional consulting and solution design.
n
Strong understanding of CRM operating models and business processes.
n
Experience working across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integrations.
n
Robust business analysis and process optimisation capability.
n
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
n
Experience operating as a Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Dynamics Solution Consultant .
n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other Dynamics specialists.
n
Strong commercial and business acumen.
n
Ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
n

Key Responsibilities n

n
Provide senior functional expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales .
n
Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
n




Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
n
Analyse sales processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.
n
Develop functional designs, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria.
n
Lead solution discussions across Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM and associated business processes.
n
Work closely with solution architects, developers and integration teams to ensure functional requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
n
Provide guidance on Dynamics configuration, customisation and integration considerations.
n
Challenge existing processes and requirements to drive standardisation and adoption of Dynamics best practice.
n
Support solution validation, testing, defect management and deployment.
n
Act as the senior functional escalation point for complex business and Dynamics issues.
n
Mentor and coach internal functional consultants and delivery team members.
n
Provide knowledge transfer and establish strong functional capability within the internal team.
n
Build trusted relationships with business leaders and senior technology stakeholders.
n
