The Star Sydney is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to support the Transport, Front Office & Concierge teams. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will handle guest queries with a courteous attitude while ensuring productive car park operations and service delivery.

You will contribute to a vibrant guest experience, maintaining high standards of customer service, attention to detail, and calmness under pressure across busy shifts at The Star Sydney.
