Our client, a well-established Asian food wholesaler, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support its sales team, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

This is an excellent chance for a motivated sales skilled who enjoys working closely with customers, developing a team, and taking ownership of sales performance.
Responsibilities n

Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
n
Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
n
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and sales training.
n
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
n
Manage negotiations with key customers and close sales contracts.
n
Conduct market and competitor research.
n
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
n
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
n
Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
n
Visit existing and prospective customers as required.
n
Ensure accurate and timely use of sales systems and order processing.
n
Proactively resolve operational issues and improve sales processes
n
Your Profile nn
Previous experience in a similar role.
n
Robust sales and communication skills.
n
Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean ,both spoken and written.
n
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
