Aware Super is seeking a senior data leader to own end-to-end data strategy for our Workday implementation and related platforms. You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture, delivery and governance, ensuring data is accurate, scalable, secure and future-ready.
You will lead enterprise data migration, design models across HCM, Payroll and Finance, establish governance and enable reporting and analytics with Workday Prism and BI tools. Robust stakeholder engagement is essential.
