Bar Staff – Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic bar area, including all equipment and workstations.
Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Restock beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
Monitor patron behaviour and promptly report any incidents or concerns to management.
Proven cash handling experience with high accuracy.

Wait Staff – Key Responsibilities
Welcome, greet, and seat customers in a skilled and courteous manner.
Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders.
Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge and make appropriate recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Respond to customer enquiries and professionally resolve minor complaints or service issues.
Proven cash handling experience with high accuracy.
A team-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
Professional presentation and grooming standards.
