Workday is seeking a Sr HCM Functional Consultant to join its Melbourne team. You will leverage your Workday expertise to implement and support HRIS solutions for large enterprise clients, guiding configuration, testing, and rollout activities.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, deliver value, and ensure successful deployments. Travel up to 10% may be required as client engagements vary.
